100 PLC Touch Screen Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

This unit adopts an upper coaxial triple-type agitator, with a hydraulic lift to open the cover.

The speed of the fast-homogenizing mixer: 0-3500r/min (variable frequency adjustment); the speed of the slow wall scraping agitator: 0-40r/min (variable frequency adjustment) (speed)  

The homogenizer adopts a high-shear jet emulsifying mixer, and the slow-speed wall scraping stirring automatically adheres to the bottom and wall of the pot. Vacuum suction is used, especially for powder materials to avoid dust flying. The entire process is carried out under vacuum conditions to prevent the material from generating bubbles after high-speed stirring, and can meet hygienic and sterile requirements.

This system is equipped with a CIP cleaning device. The contact part between the container and the material is made of SUS316L material. The inner surface is mirror polished 300EMSH (sanitary grade). This unit is manufactured in full compliance with GMP requirements.
